个人简介（简历）

盛志超，上海大学通信与信息工程学院特聘副研究员。2017年和2018年分别从上海大学和悉尼科技大学获得博士学位。2017年12月至2018年8月在中兴通讯任职算法工程师，2018年9月至2019年9月，在英国贝尔法斯特女王大学从事博士后研究。在国内外学术期刊和会议共发表论文二十多篇，其中以第一作者在IEEE Transactions on Signal Processing和IEEE Transactions on Wireless Communications发表多篇论文，并担任IEEE JSAC/TIFS/TSP/TWC/TCOM/TVT等期刊的审稿人。IEEE会员和IEEE Communications Society会员。
