【个人简介】 盛志超,上海大学通信与信息工程学院副教授。2017年和2018年分别从上海大学和悉尼科技大学获得博士学位。2017年12月至2018年8月在中兴通讯任职算法工程师,2018年9月至2019年9月,在英国贝尔法斯特女王大学从事博士后研究。在IEEE Transactions on Wireless Communications等期刊发表论文四十多篇。 【科研方向】
