个人简介(简历)

20154月毕业于上海大学,获通信与信息系统工学博士学位。2012.9获国家公派留学奖学金,至英国BANGOR大学电子工程系留学一年。2015年主持国家自然科学基金青年基金一项,上海市科委扬帆人才计划项目一项,主要针对下一代光接入网络中的智能光收发机进行研究。本人是国家自然科学基金重点项目“OFDM-PON理论与关键技术研究”以及上海市科委重点项目“新一代高效光接入网架构及多址接入理论与关键技术研究”等多个科研项目的主要参研者。

产学研以及成果转化方面,本人作为第二完成人与中兴通讯联合承担上海市科技成果转化和产业化项目“100G-EPON光接入网关键技术研究及系统研制”产学研项目“单波长高速传输关键技术研究”。与中兴通讯合作对100G-EPON系统的O波段四波混频效应进行了研究,在20171月的IEEE802.3ca标准组会议上提交了相关标准建议。本人主持光通信相关产学研横向项目8项,合同总金额达300万,其中低复杂度均衡技术已经用于合作企业的光模块生产。

近五年已发表署名SCI/EI论文五十余篇,其中SCI期刊22篇,包括10篇本领域二区SCI期刊论文,邀请论文1篇,其中一篇论文入选2015年国际光学年论文集。在OFCOECCACP等国际学术会议发表论文二十余篇,其中光通信顶级学术会议OFC论文2篇。
